Sizing is M and Large:
Medium - fit women up to shoe size 9 and men up to a shoe size 7
Large - fit women up to shoe size 14 and men up to shoe size 12
Inserts can be cut to size based on the individual foot or shoe form. Simply take out the insole of your boot or shoe and cut to custom fit. Cut inserts cannot be returned or exchanged. Colors will Vary.
